Compensation Claims Management System (MEDS)

This medico-legal system plays host to vital information, including your directory of experts, client and expert correspondence history and customer details.

 

The system itself will work out which experts are the nearest to the client and set up a panel from which the solicitor/client can choose their expert.

 

MEDS will then allow users to organise and chase up appointments by email, phone or letter with the help of personalised, pre-worded documents. The expert’s report will then be sent to the solicitor and any addendums or clarifications needed will be dealt with accordingly within the system.
